This is probably the one of the first, if not the first, formal art piece I did. I painted this in 1987 (when I was 10 or so years old). It's oil on canvas. I loved animals and did quite few oil paintings of different kinds.

Another early piece, also done in 1987. This is also oil on canvas. I got pretty good in oil painting. Unfortunately, I had to stop because I became allergic to the turpentine.

One of my favorite watercolor paintings I've done. I tried something different with this painting, in that I kept one side of the canvas blank and painted the orchid on the other. This was done in 1997.

My teacher told me to start letting the paint flow and to stop trying to control it as much as I had been doing. So for this painting, which I tried to also keep as simple as possible, I was able to let the paint flow. This is also a good example of how much is just enough to say that this is a complete painting. This was also done in 1997.
